The Fritz-Reuter Altenheim was founded in 1897 as a tax-exempt, not-for-profit organization by the german clubs which form the PVV. It is supported by tax deductible donations as well as legacies. All proceeds from the annual german cultural festival "The Volksfest" which will be held on August 21-22nd. go to support the Altenheim. The facility is open to any citizen over the age of 70 years and offers many styles of living and comfort.
